Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Champion's Faith Journal uses print-on-demand technology. Your journal is printed only after you order, ensuring you receive a fresh, high-quality product while minimizing environmental impact.

Processing Time

  • Production: 3-5 business days (printing and binding)
  • Shipping: 5-12 business days (depending on location)
  • Total: 8-17 business days from order to delivery

Bulk Orders (10+ journals): May require additional production time. Contact us for timeline estimates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Order quantity
  • Shipping method selected

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States & Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number to monitor delivery
  • Estimated delivery date

Shipping Issues

Delayed Orders:

  • Contact us after 17 business days if order hasn't arrived
  • We'll investigate with our fulfillment partner

Damaged in Transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost

Lost Packages:

  • We'll work with the carrier to locate your package
  • Replacement or refund issued if package is confirmed lost

Address Changes

We cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed, as printing begins immediately. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

For orders of 25+ journals shipped to a single address (e.g., athletic programs), contact hello@championfaithjournal.com for:
