REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from Champion's Faith Journal.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our journals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@championfaithjournal.com
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Journals in new condition (print-on-demand, custom produced)
  • Products damaged after delivery

Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
